What is a Worcester Accredited Installer?

Worcester Bosch have a network of independent businesses committed to fitting Worcester Bosch products. In order to be accredited, each company is required to attend regular product training at Worcester’s dedicated training facilities.

There are many benefits to you in using a Worcester Accredited Installer (known as WAIs), for example free extended warranties (up to 10 years) which are not available from companies without the accreditation. As WAIs we have also undergone specific training the products we are fitting.

Our customers have complete peace of mind with upto 10 years of cover from Worcester Bosch. This means that in the event of a genuine manufacturer failure on the boiler, a Worcester Bosch engineer will attend free of charge. The free extended warranty requires that the boiler is serviced annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

According to Gas Safe, there are 1.1 million illegal gas jobs in the UK every year. You can guard against illegal workers by asking to see their Gas Safety card or checking their credentials online. All of our engineers are Gas Safe registered.
